The stay was fantastic, especially enjoying breakfast with a stunning view of the Bosphorus and lying by the pool soaking up the sun. It was the perfect spot to unwind, with options for massages and a sun terrace. Just a heads-up, some city-view rooms felt a bit cramped, so I’d recommend upgrading if you can! 😊

During my stay, I faced multiple issues that left me disappointed. The cleanliness of the room was subpar, with noticeable dust and unvacuumed areas, which I expected better from a hotel of this caliber. Additionally, the noise from adjacent functions kept me from having a good night’s rest, affecting my overall stay experience. I wish I had known about these disturbances ahead of time.

The views were spectacular, allowing me to enjoy long strolls along the beautiful bosphorus, and the breakfast was delicious and filling, making every morning a pleasure as I looked out at the water. however, the rooms could use some attention in terms of freshness to enhance overall comfort during my stay.

the views of the Bosphorus from the terrace are truly breathtaking. While I appreciated the historical charm, the breakfast selection was limited, and some staff struggled with English. The peaceful surroundings made for nice evening strolls.

This place suits me perfectly with excellent 24-hour reception, comfortable air conditioning, and a great bar area. I remember how the staff helped me with sim cards during my first stay. I highly recommend it and will come back for Christmas!

The stay offered spectacular views of the waterfront, especially from the balcony room which made the small space irrelevant. Dining was exceptional, with fish dishes stealing the spotlight, making it unnecessary to venture out for meals. However, the thin walls resulted in noisy neighbors impacting my comfort, and the location requires taxis to access other areas, coupled with disappointing parking staff interactions that detracted from the overall experience.

The staff was incredibly welcoming, and we loved walking through the glass-roof hallway with its fountain. Our room had a stunning sea view that made mornings magical. Plus, having a large breed dog with us was no issue, as the hotel was very accommodating.

My kids wished there were more family-friendly activities at the hotel.
